I am invested in agriculture. I am currently in a bear market, but the overall trend from lower left to upper right still in tact. This is just a bad year for commodity companies because tech is hot. But I know for a fact if we aren't buying fertilizer from Russia then Mosiac ADM Bunge and all that stuff will bring home the dough.

Just the other day I heard a mention about rate cuts and wrote: LEN, MHO, DHI, TOL, thinking I should look for value there so interesting to hear your thoughts on home sales.

Great Video loved it. The only thing I disagree with is that rewnewables are more expensive for producing energy. Obviously the sometimes sensless throwing money at projects has led to inflated project prices, but over the long run with good energy storage, rewnewables are much cheaper than fossil fuel based eletricity.

Pretty solid takes from Cameron here! Refreshing and realistic (trying to avoid saying 'rational'). 🤣 Always good to look at actual sectoral balances. If we've got fiscal spending and more dollars (or fewer dollars not being taxed away), those dollars will find their way into assets, bidding up asset prices. Interest rates are a blunt tool for dealing with "inflation." And in terms of asset prices, they're stimulative...5% returns on cash find their way to assets eventually as well.

I am from Argentina. We ve seen that movie here so many times. If you want to see what lies ahead for US just take a look at our history. Spoiler…its not pretty, and when it comes, it does all at once. You dont even see it coming

In my mid 30s I am just now getting into investing in stocks. It just sucks that the baby boomers have received exponential capitalization on their portfolios and we are just waiting for it to take a dip to maybe afford to buy one share of a company that they probably bought for single digit numbers which is now grown over 300%.

Spectrum charter is being left behind VEXUS FIBER is coming from texas is going to take over They are 100% fiber which allows them to offer up to 5 gb internet plans Problem i see with spectrum is that 90 % of that infrastructure money is going to corrupt pockets that are not upgrading charters infrastructure Instead they are what i call a hybrid infrastructure ...that are using converters to turn coax to fiber thats not 100% fiber Thats WHY they will loose the game ...im currently A Spectrum technician ....management are money hungry mongers while they sit in their offices doing NOTHING. And the other reason they will fail is their pay rate in comparison Vexus fiber pays their subcontractors $110 per install Spectrum pays them $55 per install Huge difference
